Happy Heart Yoga
In this 75 min class for adults, we will mindfully practice: Invigorating and relaxing postures, breath work, guided meditation, journaling & group sharing. This class is suitable for any fitness or experience level and for those struggling with mild depression, anxiety, trauma-related illness, mild physical injuries, relationship issues, or stress. This is an inclusive, supportive, non-judgmental space. Led by Alexandra, an RYT trained in several yoga styles, including Vinyasa Yoga, Acro Vinyasa Yoga, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, with 20 years of experience practicing yoga. Positive Discipline Parenting
You are invited to register for this in-person transformational workshop, where parents and caregivers discover ways to strength their relationships with their children. Parents and caregivers will learn to discipline with firmness and kindness and learn how to set the foundation for social emotional life skills for mutually respectful relationships. Registration is open to parents and caregivers of children and teens.
