Hello! At Gahanna Counseling LLC we provide a variety of therapy services. I believe you will find working with us to be helpful in meeting your goals. We offer therapy for adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents.
The clinicians at Gahanna Counseling offer a variety of specialities including: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Informed Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Activation, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Techniques, and Couples Therapy.
