About
“Just Do It” Only if it were that easy. Each of us are in our own situation and living our own experiences. It can be hard to identify and describe the things we think, feel, and do. These things can get in the way of our goals and who we want to be. It can be even harder to find a space to process and talk about our struggles. If this sounds like what you are going through, you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to help create a space for all people to feel comfortable talking about their challenges and working together to get through them.
Life does not always deal us the best cards. I support people in their life to still get the things they want. My approach is to listen and focus on utilizing your strengths and helping you recognize ways to build upon them. Through this, we can create a space that best fits you and I can get an understanding of all the things that make you who you are.
I am positive, thoughtful, understanding, and down to Earth. I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment by learning what that means to you. If my approach to therapy sounds like it fits you and your goals, I would be happy to hear more about you. Just doing it is not always an option but together we can try.
