I work with young adults navigating the impact of trauma from childhood and/or romantic relationships, as well as those experiencing anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), people-pleasing tendencies, and challenges in relationships or family dynamics. I also enjoy working with young adults on topics such as coming-of-age transitions, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, and other aspects of self-discovery.

I've been trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy in which we explore how our early interactions influence our current relationships. I incorporate ideas from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, the neurobiological impacts of trauma on the body, and the subsequent somatic work.
