I am a first-generation, Asian American, queer mental health therapist providing therapy for adults and young adults. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-worth, family and relationship concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and stress. I provide culturally responsive and affirming care for diverse clients.
