I enjoy helping couples, teens, & folks with a history of trauma. Couples—feeling disconnected & stuck in the same arguments? Teens—do you feel misunderstood and overwhelmed? Or are you one of the many adults whose family was unable to meet your needs or traumatized you? I want to help you finally get on the path to feeling better! I have a lot of experience with LGBTQIA+ & first-generation POC clients, but all are welcome. As both a therapist and client, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported.
I don't just listen & nod! I help couples implement skills to communicate in a new way. I help teens overcome challenges & feel less alone. We’ll explore how your past affects your present—and help you feel more in control. I use EMDR, IFS, CBT, the Gottman Method, and more! I’m dedicated to reading up on the latest research to better target client needs.

Teen Girl Therapy Group
This group is for teen girls dealing with stress, anxiety, friendships, family stuff, or just feeling overwhelmed. It’s a space to talk, connect, and feel supported by others going through similar things. Group meets weekly and focuses on building self-esteem, setting boundaries, managing emotions, & figuring out how to handle the pressures of being a teen right now. It’s not all serious—we bring in creative activities, real conversations, and some laughs, too. Whether your teen is struggling or just looking for a place to feel less alone, this group can help them feel heard and supported.
