Current waitlist for new clients. Hi! I have 6 years of experience in the field of mental health. I work with people from ages 12-80+ on issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, stage of life changes (especially high school, college, early work force, and early parenting years), and OCD. I use a variety of different therapy skills that include ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness based therapy, and an integrated grief approach. I am licensed in NC, SC, VA, FL, MN, and CT. I am an International Partnership for Perinatal Excellence-Certified (IPPE-C) provider.
I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), specializing in women dealing with pregnancy, infant loss, infant loss, infertility, and birth trauma. I came to this specialty after the death of my first son, Kennedy, shortly after he was born in 2021. Losing a pregnancy or baby can be a very isolating experience- but it doesn’t have to be.
Additionally, I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS). Life can throw us all kinds of challenges we don’t always feel able to handle. Therapy is a great tool to help you feel empowered to handle whatever life is throwing at you and continue to work towards your goals and dreams.
