I work with adults and teens (14+). My areas of expertise include anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have training in perinatal mental health, specifically for anxiety and OCD.
My style is flexible and person centered. I believe that so much of the therapeutic process comes down to the relationship between you and your therapist.
