Life can feel overwhelming and exhausting, but I believe that effective coping and shifting our mindset can make day-to-day life not feel this way. I believe that by letting go of the anxieties and self-doubt that holds us back, we can finally get in touch with the parts of ourselves that we want to celebrate. Sometimes we feel disconnected with those parts of ourselves, and my goal is to help you reconnect with them.
I offer an empathetic and nonjudgmental space for you to simply be your authentic self. I emphasize confidence building and identifying what brings your unique life joy. I enjoy asking questions that prompt my clients to think about problems in a new way and be able to identify patterns. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and ASD.
I am a registered art therapist, but if art isn’t your cup of tea, that’s okay too! I am an extremely open and flexible therapist who simply wants therapy to feel inviting and not so scary.
