Through a collaborative and therapeutic relationship, I help clients navigate trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, self-image struggles, relationship problems, parenting issues, addiction, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, life transitions, and crisis management. I also incorporate nutritional guidance, recognizing that what we eat directly impacts our mental health and emotional well-being — healing the whole person, mind and body.
I offer an integrative approach that combines evidence-based therapies — including CBT, DBT, EFT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Behavioral therapy — with nutritional guidance to support whole-person healing. Every treatment plan is personalized to meet your unique needs.
