I specialize in working with women struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues and dissociation—whether from past trauma or persistent stress. I provide validation, psychoeducation and deep understanding, paired with expert training in effective treatments. Therapy with me feels different because I will help you get to the root of the problem.
