I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions. Many of my clients carry the weight of childhood trauma and find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, feeling disconnected, on edge, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is trauma informed, attachment focused, and mindfulness based. I integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and evidence based strategies to support trauma processing, emotional regulation, and relief from anxiety and depression. Therapy with me is collaborative and intentionally paced to meet you exactly where you are.
