My practice is centered around self-compassion and empowerment, which I believe to be valuable tools to traverse concerns like trauma, invalidating interpersonal histories, anxiety, self-worth, and depression. My approach to therapy is grounded in the principles of psychodynamic, interpersonal, and feminist theories.

I am experienced working with a diversity of individuals and find particular joy working alongside clients who are entrepreneurs, educators, survivors of trauma, women in STEM, therapists, and those pursuing higher education.
