Are you wanting to tap into your inner strength and overcome life challenges? I would like to work with you. I approach treatment from a person-centered perspective, in which I see each client as a unique individual and help clients identify the best solutions for themselves to make the best changes in their lives. Additionally, I specialize in utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) help clients manage symptoms of Complex-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more!

I have been working in the mental health field since 2016 in a variety of treatment settings including corrections, inpatient, outpatient to now in both a public and private practice setting. I enjoy working with clients with a variety of backgrounds, identities, and histories who are ready to make changes to improve their mental health.

It would be my honor to help you understand more about yourself, while discovering your specific strengths for healing. I have various time slots to accommodate a variety of scheduling needs.
