I have over 20 years of experience working with adults and specialize in trauma treatment, including healing from adverse childhood experiences, physical and sexual traumas, combat traumas, workplace traumas, and everything in between.
I use methodologies and theories, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Expressive Therapies, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. Certifications include: Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma Certificate programs with the Ferentz Institute, EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP), and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
