Feeling stuck in the same patterns can be exhausting, especially when you’re trying to change, but something keeps pulling you back. You might feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of who you are, or struggling to feel safe and grounded in your life or relationships. Therapy with me isn’t about just talking things through. It's about helping you actually feel different. I use body-based and trauma-informed approaches like Lifespan Integration and EMDR to help you reconnect with yourself, process what’s been holding you back, and build a stronger, more stable sense of who you are.
I’m not a “just sit there and nod” kind of therapist. I’m engaged, present, and working with you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore patterns, identity, relationships, and the deeper experiences that shaped you, without judgment or pressure to be anything other than yourself.
Whether you’re early in your mental health journey or have been doing this work for a while, I offer a space where you can slow down, be honest, and begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I tend to work best with people who are ready to go deeper, even if they don’t fully know where to start.
