Hi! My name is Gabrielle “Gaby” Larson. I work predominantly with adults and approach therapy from a humanistic, trauma-informed, and multicultural perspective. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and I see therapy as a collaborative space where we can explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns together. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe showing up as their full selves.
I have experience supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, sexual assault, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, sports performance, and more.
I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches based on each client’s needs, including EMDR, expressive arts, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I strive to honor clients’ unique identities, lived experiences, and strengths while offering potential pathways for growth and healing.
Clients remain in control of their therapeutic journey, and my role is to walk alongside them with curiosity, compassion, and support. I believe everyone deserves to be met with non-judgment and care in a space where every part of them can be seen and valued.
