As a trauma-informed drama therapist, I use storytelling, metaphor, role play and embodiment techniques in a co-created therapeutic space that is centered on your needs and affirming of who you are. My work is collaborative, respectful and tailored to your unique objectives, providing a safe environment where healing and positive change can unfold naturally.
I have a masters degree in Drama Therapy from New York University and a bachelors degree in Theatre from Manhattanville University. During my time in grad school, I worked with domestic violence survivors, adults with ID/DD, fellow therapists, and survivors of 9/11.
