When food, your body, or your thoughts feel all-consuming, it can be exhausting and hard to manage. You might look fine on the outside, while inside you’re stuck in patterns of restricting, bingeing, intrusive thoughts, rigidity, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, OCD, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS-C), I bring depth of experience helping clients move through complex and overwhelming patterns.

My approach is individualized, relational, active, and HAES-aligned. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, tailoring care to each client so you don’t have to know what approach is “right.” I integrate approaches like CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, ERP, and I-CBT across my work with eating disorders, OCD, and trauma.

I show up as a real person in the room—engaged, honest, and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are, while also helping you move forward. I strive to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or have everything figured out, so you can feel more grounded, flexible, and more connected to yourself.
