Hello! My name is Gabrielle Hollis and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapy for over five years. CBT and DBT are the cornerstones of my practice. It helps address the underlying issues or concerns and helps us improve our situation through changing our mindset or changing our circumstances or both! I will meet you where you are and will work at your pace. I’m trained in multiple modalities to give you a personal treatment plan to address those needs.
I pride myself on creating a friendly yet professional environment. I use a gentle approach especially while building rapport and when addressing concerns that come up in sessions to help you re-wire your thoughts and beliefs, that way we can challenge it together.
I’m all ears when it comes to what you want to work on. If I hear something I believe we should address or add to our goals, I will bring it up and if you’re ready and agree, we will add it, if you don’t want to, we’ll save it for another time. There is no worries.
