My aim as a mental health counselor is to create an empathetic and curiosity-driven environment for clients to pursue and explore growth, well-being, and authenticity. The foundations of my practice are rooted in being queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that works towards clients’ goals by examining emotions, unconscious beliefs, the mind-body connection, and relational patterns.
In the therapy room, I might name things like gender roles, heteronormativity, or ableism, and explore how these larger systemic structures might have affected you. I also integrate mind-body approaches through breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and checking in with your body during sessions.

Our admin team does all the leg work for you - check your benefits, submit claims for you, and advocate for higher reimbursement. Depending on your plan, copays can be as low as $25.
