I enjoy working with emerging and young adults seeking a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and their minds. If you've been struggling with the cycle of control, restriction, binge eating, or self-criticism, it can feel overwhelming and isolating to break free. I ground my practice in cultural humility, providing a warm, collaborative, and inclusive space while utilizing evidence-based treatments such as Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression.
