As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy, relationships are my number one specialty. I have completed several trainings in the Gottman Method and am a skills-based therapist focusing on communication, conflict resolution, and trust building. I have a warm and direct approach, giving feedback to both partners.
I believe that my clients are the experts on their lives and that they hold the answers to their problems – they just need some help in getting there.
