Be You: LGBTQ+ Teen Support Group
Open to All LGBTQIA Individuals Ages 14-18. This group will focus on exploring issues related to gender, identity, mental health, and relationships and connection. Utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy coping skills and a person-centered, strengths-based approach, this group will help teens develop healthier relationships with themselves and their peers, while working towards improving self-expression, confidence and self-acceptance. Let’s lean on one another and learn how to cope more effectively with everyday life.
