I have worked with individuals aged 3-90 as well as couples from a variety of backgrounds with a range of mental health concerns. I have previously worked in substance abuse treatment and community mental health. Training in CBT, motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy & a background in theater allow for an integrative & flexible approach.
I believe everyone has the capacity to live a positive and enjoyable life and it is my goal to help facilitate each client in gaining the skills & tools to forge a more fulfilling path.
