I strive to help my clients progress on their mental health journey through collaborative planning, fostering growth, and providing a space that is safe and encourages them to be themselves.
I believe in using a holistic approach to therapy that is led by empathy and support in a welcoming and encouraging environment for all. I incorporate psychodynamic, person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques but we will use the strategies that best suit your needs.
