How to Cope with the Fallout from Trauma- Date TBD
Gabrielle has 25 years of experience facilitating groups in Body-Centered therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness skills. This group welcomes anyone managing symptoms of trauma including anger, anxiety, depression, dissociation, addiction and grief. Groups are no more than 10 individuals and will focus on building kinship, reflection and connection among members to decrease isolation. Clients will have both verbal and non-verbal means to express themselves within groups. Goals include stress-reduction, increased self-awareness, ability to identify trauma triggers and manage activation effectively, improved communication of feelings and needs in significant relationships. Family members are welcomed. Telehealth option.
