Your Journey begins here. Hello, my name is Gabrielle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of experience. Before we embark on this road together, first, allow me to welcome you to therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that the purpose of counseling is to help clients achieve goals and to gain more insight into their lives. Through utilizing my expertise, and professional personal experiences clients will be allotted the opportunity to develop a better understanding of themselves.
During our initial session, I will use a series of open-ended questions to gather information, which will help me to attain a deeper understanding of what you would like to work on during treatment. This information will also help guide my clinical recommendations that will be most suitable for you.
As a therapist, my aspiration is to provide clients with a comfortable environment so that they can feel at ease to share their experiences, hardships, hopes and dreams. By unifying a client cantered, strengths-based style, I will be able to facilitate clients' understanding in their progression and psychological growth.
