I am an experienced Licensed Associate Professional therapist with a passion for empowering clients to achieve their personal growth and discovering their strength. With a strong background in psychology and neuroscience and a deep understanding of how past experiences can shape our current emotions and behavior, I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences through life. I offer secular, scientifically based approaches in a safe location for all walks of life, including LGBTQIA, addictions, non-traditional relationships, and neurodivergence.
I obtained degrees in Psychology, Neuroscience, Sociology, and Anthropology, to create an approach that includes all areas of a clients lived experience from society, culture to brain structure. Through my kind, non-judgmental approach, I aim to help clients achieve change in their thoughts and feelings impacting their lives, behaviors and relationships.
I am open and warm, compassionate and honest, so my clients often tell me that they enjoy my relatable and humorous personality. I won't hold back on the truth when you need to hear it, but I will be there to help support you as you face whatever is hurting or needs change, from every area we identify.
