My approach to therapy centers around observing and reflecting emotions using creative methods such as sandtray, expressive art, and play therapy. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and experiences to find solutions, broaden your understanding of yourself, and the world, and build coping skills.
