Do you feel constantly tense and on edge, like something bad might happen? It can be absolutely exhausting to experience these symptoms day in and day out. You want your life back, but you don't know where to start. Seeking help is a great first step. I have several years of experience working with people experiencing these symptoms, and I wouldn't be doing what I do if I didn't believe in hope that things can change.
I work with my clients using a non-judgmental and empathetic approach. I have a very down-to-earth style that helps clients feel comfortable, and I’m open to feedback based on what you need. I treat a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation. For services, I offer individual talk therapy for adults 19+.
