I specialize in working with people who have anxiety and OCD, and I have hope that things can change with the right treatment, including utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention protocols for OCD.

I work with my clients using a non-judgmental and empathetic approach. I have a very down-to-earth style that helps clients feel comfortable, and I’m open to feedback based on what you need. I treat a variety of issues, including anxiety and OCD, depression, and emotion regulation. For services, I offer individual talk therapy for adults 19+.
