I am an insatiably curious and compassionate practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals and couples transform patterns created from trauma to a life of freedom, vitality, and ease.
We have an innate ability to heal, repair and evolve. I am a trauma-informed, attachment-oriented and holistic therapist that utilizes skills from trainings in somatics, compassionate self-inquiry, mindfulness, and parts work. I am formally trained in Relational Gestalt, have 400 hrs of yoga training, and offer a modality called Generative Trance.
It is very possible to transform, get unstuck, and break free of deep-rooted patterns. My approach is compassionate and relational, supporting a brave space for you to face challenging feelings and come out on the other side with a sense of renewal and freedom.
