Welcome. We all need support sometimes as we navigate life’s challenges. I offer individuals a safe space to talk about their experiences, process their thoughts and feelings, and learn new skills for improving their mental health and overall wellness. I provide a holistic approach to mental health counseling to support individuals who are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and stress during difficult life transitions. I work with adults, adolescents, parents of young children, older adults, individuals who have experienced abuse, and those seeking a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered, and integrative. I honor the connection between the mind/body and I believe that each person has the innate potential to grow and thrive. My practice values building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect. I sometimes use practices from Somatic Therapy, Art Therapy, and Mindfulness.
