I love working with teens and adults who are tired of feeling trapped by their eating disorder, hate what they see when they look in the mirror, or are exhausted by their OCD.
I am the founder of Recovered and Restored. I help teens and adult find freedom and make peace with food and their body. It is my life's passion. I do my best work with those suffering from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating. I also enjoy working with those who struggle with anxiety and OCD.

Eating Disorder Support Group for Young Adults
The group is for young adults ages 18 to 26 who are struggling with eating disorders or who are in recovery and are working on building skills to help heal from their eating disorder. Each week we will talk about different topics as well as build coping skills to help challenge you Ed voice and help you find freedom from your disorder! This group is led by two recovered professional counselors!!
