I work predominately with teens to adults who struggle with issues such as anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, and trauma. I have also worked with teens and adults struggling with ADHD, OCD, depression, self-harm, relationship issues, and other behavioral concerns.

I have an eclectic approach when it comes to interventions/tools. I use a Person-Centered approach with ACT and CBT. I also use the psycho-dynamic approach and often use Art Therapy and Narrative Therapy modalities. No matter what we are working with, I am happy to cater to your unique needs and treatment goals with a variety of approaches.
