I work with adults navigating the lasting impact of emotionally immature parents, codependency within parent–adult child relationships, and difficulties with boundaries, identity, and self-worth. I also support individuals with ADHD in developing practical, sustainable strategies to improve focus, organization, and daily functioning—without shame or overwhelm.
In addition, I have a strong passion for working with parents of neurodivergent children. I help caregivers better understand their child’s needs, reduce burnout, and create more connected, supportive family dynamics.
Many of the challenges we face in adulthood are rooted in early relationship dynamics—especially when we’ve grown up with emotionally immature caregivers or unclear boundaries. I specialize in helping individuals untangle these patterns so they can build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to build insight and coping skills. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming clinician supporting individuals in exploring identity and living authentically, without shame.
