I specialize in working with children ages 3 to 12, especially those who have experienced trauma, major life transitions, anger/aggression, anxiety, or are exploring their gender identity. I believe healing happens through development and attachment, and I tailor my approach to meet each child where they are. I prioritize authenticity, warmth, and safety in therapy and value transparency and trust. I’m committed to anti-racism, body positivity, and LGBTQIA+ allyship to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all children and families.
Using EMDR, play therapy, and body based connection, I help children connect to their bodies, improve emotional regulation, and build trust and safety within themselves. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, empowering them to trust their intuition, tune into their child’s needs, and become confident, attuned sources of support for their children.
