As a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner since 2021, I have witnessed the transformative effects of this intervention, helping individuals change their perceptions of traumatic experiences.
I am a trained EMDR provider and have been utilizing this modality for trauma work since 2021.
