Hi, I'm GabriElla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, and I'm here to help you work through whatever life has placed in front of you. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, and I've spent years walking alongside survivors of complex trauma and sexual assault as they find their footing again. I also support people facing anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal and relationship struggles, difficult life transitions, and many of the other challenges that can quietly weigh on us in everyday life. Wherever you happen to be starting from, my hope is to help you feel a little less alone in it.

I believe every person carries a story shaped by experiences both seen and unseen, so I lead with kindness, curiosity, and care, never judgment.
