My heart and passion involves serving moms in the perinatal period. I am passionate about helping you discover the highest version of yourself while holding space and compassion for where you are and the factors that led you there. I use an eclectic approach of cognitive and trauma focused therapies. I also value the holistic integration of biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual elements at work that contribute to your mental health overall. I hope our sessions allow for increased self-awareness that facilitates continued growth and progress, even beyond therapy.
After I spend time learning about who you are and what led you to seek therapy, we will work collaboratively to set goals that start with the end in mind. Our sessions will explore past and present realities that have contributed to your current patterns of living.
