I work with individuals and couples/relationships. My clients seek support in regulating difficult emotions, communicating with others, managing stress and anxiety, navigating identities, and boosting confidence. I enjoy working with clients who want to develop a more intentional connection to their bodies, sexualities, and the people they love. My clients are open to gaining new skills and insights to deal with stress. I provide a space full of warmth and affirmation for clients to feel fully seen, valued, safe to process past events, and think about future possibilities.
My deepest passion is to assist people of all genders in healing deep seated shame/trauma wounds so they may live a more fully embodied life. I utilize a holistic somatic approach, including modalities such as breath work, mindfulness, and yoga coaching. I believe the connection between mind, body, and soul is vital to healing the unique wounds of trauma.
I practice therapy in Kansas and Missouri and offer coaching anywhere. I offer "walk and talk" sessions that combine the benefits of physical activity with therapeutic conversation. My office is conveniently located next to a beautiful walking trail where therapy can take place in a serene outdoor setting.
