A lot of the people I work with are used to holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed internally. From the outside, they may look like they’re managing but internally, there’s overthinking, pressure, emotional overwhelm, or a constant feeling of “am I doing this right?” This is not a space where you have to perform. I work with teens and adults who are trying to make sense of what they’re feeling while still moving forward in their lives.
You might be navigating anxiety, relationship stress, parenting, family expectations, identity, boundaries, people pleasing patterns,or a transition that’s shifting how you see yourself. Sometimes it’s not just what you’re dealing with it’s everything underneath, the roles you carry, what you were taught growing up, and the pressure to hold it all together.
As a Latina and first-generation college graduate, I understand how culture, expectations, and unspoken rules shape how we move through the world.
