The goal of my work is to help you draft and refine the narrative of your life, identify core beliefs & values, and look for ways to apply those values to strengthen your sense of self. Some of these narratives may include experiences of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I employ warmth, humor, and curiosity to create a space where you can identify and bring down the barriers keeping you from who you want to be. As a social worker, my perspective will take into account both structural factors contributing to your struggles and the interpersonal factors at play.
I see individuals from 5 to 75 years old, couples, and families. I have a lot of experience working with neurodivergent folks as well as mixed neurotype couples navigating communication issues and executive function-related struggles. With couples and families, we will pinpoint & disrupt problematic cycles and replace them with meaningful connection.
