Some of these narratives may include experiences of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. As a therapist, I employ warmth, humor, and softness to create a space where you can identify and bring down the barriers keeping you from who you want to be. As a social worker, I wish to meet you where you are, then walk alongside you down your preferred path, simply helping with forks in the road.
