I have been providing therapy to individuals, couples and families for more than 20 years. During this time, I provided services in a variety of settings, including private practice, counseling agencies and residential placements. My professional experience includes working with clients who struggle with issues related to adjustment to life changes, history of trauma, dealing with feelings of anxiety and depression, behavioral issues, parent-child conflict, and family and relationship conflict.
I have extensive experience and training working with children and adults who experienced trauma including abuse history and placement in foster care. I work with youth, adults and families to address the traumatic experiences and related emotional responses and help them rebuild their lives.
