I am a LCSW and I have been working as a social worker since 1997. I have been providing counseling since 2004. I work with adults who are struggling with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, anger management, and trauma. I also have 15 years of experience in substance use treatment.
I provide sessions telephonically which allows for counseling from the comfort of your own home. My goal is to empower you through self-exploration and to provide coping strategies and tools you can utilize daily. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to wellness and self-discovery.
