My approach is collaborative and relational. I integrate somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and neuroscience-informed practices. Rather than focusing on “fixing” symptoms, we work to understand patterns and how your nervous system, past experiences, and relationships shape your present responses. Therapy will make insight into embodied change.
