I am an AASECT certified sex therapist and a somatically focused trauma trained practitioner. I use modalities that address both the mind and body to help you develop a more integrated sense of self. My style can be described as warm, but direct. I try to create a balance between encouraging you to go deeper and meeting you where you're at.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their identity; gender, sexual, spiritual, or otherwise, regardless of what community you come from. Taking the first steps to start therapy can be the most challenging, but when you allow yourself to be present to the therapeutic process, the doors that open outside the room can be endless.
