I empower clients to heal from past wounds, reduce anxiety, and build resilience through practical, evidence-based tools. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can find relief, grow stronger, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. Clients who struggle with anxious, irrational thoughts will learn how to reframe their thinking into a healthier approach. Clients will learn how the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors plays a role in mental health. For those with trauma, we will identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs.
Frameworks like CBT, CPT, and DBT are evidence-based approaches proven to support healing. CBT challenges unhelpful thoughts, CPT supports working through trauma, and DBT strengthens skills to improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and relationship skills—helping clients build resilience and lasting change.
I prioritize clear, open communication allowing for trust, honesty, compassion, and safety. I strive to help clients achieve healing, resiliency, and a restored sense of control.
