Over 25 years of experience in community and private practice settings, in the US and in Latin America, helped me cultivate a multicultural perspective.
I use evidence-based interventions (Internal Family Systems, EFT, CBT for depression/anxiety, trauma-informed), as well as a multicultural lens. I can help with needed emotional changes, shifts in thinking patterns, better connection to your Self and loved ones, as well as healing from traumatic wounds. I also have expertise with cultural adjustment issues.
