When we pause, we are able to listen to what's inside of us. This is how we learn and become more aware of how we came to be where we are. When we pay attention, we understand, and with that comes self knowledge and self acceptance. This compassionate presence brings us to a new level of connection with ourselves, others, and the world at large.
With IFS therapy, I will accompany and guide you through the process of recognizing and learning how to listen to your inner Self. The one inside that holds all of your personal wisdom. In this experience you will acquire tools to use on your own and you will be able to connect to Self and stay present utilizing this new ability in your everyday life.
